300 HOUR
ADVANCED CERTIFICATION
PROGRAM
The Anahata Yoga 300 Hour Advanced Certification Program is designed for 200 Hour
Registered Yoga Teachers who wish to pursue a 500 Hour Certification.
Created for both teachers and students interested in improving their own practice
and knowledge of yoga.
Take all courses to acquire the 300 additional certification hours or choose your electives.
Next program begins August, 2019.
The Anahata Yoga 300 Hour Advanced Teacher Training Program:

♥ Awakening Heart Method – 12 hours (2 or 3 days) - $395
♥ Anahata Partner Yoga – 6 hours (1 or 2 days) - $199
♥ Anatomy and Physiology Applied to Yoga Postures – 6 hours (1 or 2 days) - $199
♥ Ayurveda & Chakras – 6 hours (1 or 2 days) - $199
♥ Intensive Alignment & Adjustment Clinic – 12 hours (2 or 3 days) - $395
♥ Sanskrit, the Ancient Language of Yoga – 6 hours (1 or 2 days) - $199
♥ Restorative & Meditative Yoga – 6 hours (1 or 2 days) - $199
♥ Senior Yoga & Body Awareness – 6 hours (1 or 2 days) - $199
♥ 8 Limbs of Yoga & the 26 Qualities Applied to Teaching Methodology – 6 hours - $199
♥ Pregnancy Yoga & Body Awareness – 3 hours - $125
♥ Kids Yoga - 3 hours - $125
♥ Yoga and Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils - 3 hours - $90
*The remainder of the 300 hour program will be completed as home study and practicum.
